Discover how project management applies to everyday life as well as larger-scale work. This practical session explores the five key stages of a project and the seven principles of PRINCE2, a project management methodology.
Learn how to plan, scope, implement, manage, and close projects while keeping quality, time, and budget on track. We'll also look at how to handle unexpected challenges.
By the end, you’ll recognise your own project management skills and know how to use them more effectively.

No entry requirements, just a desire to learn more and upskill within your existing role.
The course is delivered through a combination of face-to-face sessions in the classroom and breakout groups to explore relevant topics to challenge yourself.
Staying with Gower College Swansea, you could progress to an apprenticeship or some of our other modular courses.
Bringing a laptop would be beneficial, though it is not required.
